1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
Welcome to Millennium for Investment & Information Technology (M-IIT). By accessing our website, contracting our software development services, or accessing our platforms (including the WeighPro industrial weighing ecosystem), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Scope of Software Services & Products
M-IIT provides comprehensive enterprise software engineering solutions, including:
Web Development & Portals
Architecting high-performance websites, customer portals, and real-time enterprise dashboards.
Mobile Application Engineering
Crafting native and cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android ecosystems.
AI Solutions & ERP Systems
Intelligent workflow automations, custom AI chatbots, and full-scale ERP platforms.
WeighPro Smart Weighing SaaS
Industrial scale synchronization, weighbridge automation, and cloud reporting software.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
We maintain clear and equitable ownership policies:
- Custom Client Deliverables: Full intellectual property rights, source code, and assets created specifically for the client transfer to the client upon full payment of contractual fees.
- Core Frameworks & WeighPro SaaS: M-IIT retains exclusive ownership of its proprietary base engines, boilerplate frameworks, and WeighPro SaaS software, licensing access as specified in the service agreement.
- Trademarks: The M-IIT brand, logos, and product trademarks remain the exclusive property of Millennium for Investment and Information Technology.
4. Client Obligations & Collaboration
To guarantee successful execution and adhere to deployment schedules, the client agrees to:
- Provide necessary project assets, technical requirements, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Designate an authorized project representative for formal reviews and approvals.
- Ensure all software usage complies with all applicable local and international laws.
5. WeighPro 14-Day Free Trial Terms
- Each workspace is allocated a dedicated company subdomain for scale integration tests.
- Reverse-engineering, probing vulnerabilities, or unauthorized commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
- Trial data can be seamlessly transitioned to an active commercial subscription upon request.
6. Milestone Invoicing & Payment Terms
Project fees, payment schedules, and milestones are defined in individual statements of work (SOW) or commercial agreements. Invoices are issued with transparent deliverables and standard corporate bank transfer options.
7. Technical Warranty & Maintenance
M-IIT delivers an inclusive post-deployment technical warranty period to remedy any defects or bugs originating from software development. Continued maintenance, feature enhancements, and 24/7 SLA support are provided under ongoing service agreements.
8. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
Both parties agree to treat all business information, technical architecture, and proprietary algorithms as strictly confidential, maintaining non-disclosure obligations during and after project completion.
9. Limitation of Liability
While M-IIT upholds rigorous engineering standards, M-IIT's total liability under any claim is capped at the total amount paid by the client under the specific engagement, excluding indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Giza and Cairo.
